This 15 storey building was designed to maximize the quality of work-life, comfort and productivity of its occupants. Optimum light levels and fresh air flows have been carefully considered. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at a choice of quality restaurants, which create an interactive streets-cape with the ground floor similar to the Developer’s popular 24 Central mixed-use development in Sandton. IES was responsible for the HVAC works for the entire building.
