3 Millions litre chilled water storage plant served air handling units to the major tenants and
individual ducted fan coil units to line shops.
Due to extended shopping hours the time for chilled water generation steadily decreased over the
years. Consequently the original chilled water plant was expanded with an additional ice storage plant.
