Part of the vision for the V&A Waterfront was for it to be lived in and V&A Marina Residential is the culmination of 6 years of planning and design to produce one of the world's foremost Marina developments. The V&A Waterfront Marina is being developed in phases and when complete will consist of some 550 dwelling units with over 200 boat moorings. All the units are on the water's edge and a short walk through this secure estate along gently lit landscaped walkways finds you in the heart of the V&A Waterfront.

Phase 1- with sea spray spray coil heat exchanger.
Phase 2- With filtered sea water through Titanium plate heat exchanger
Phase 1- Each room is conditioned by a single chilled water fan unit.
Phase 2- single fan coil unit serves each apartment with reheat control in the rooms.

Chillers- 2 Ciat, 2 Yorks 3 Carrier to date.
Pumps- 19 Stork 9 Rapid Allewier, 4 Robot Submersibles.
Chilled water fan coiled units, York and Trane and Eco Air and Mcquay controls.
