The redevelopment of Jakaranda Shopping Centre comes from a need to re-establish the Centre as a Centre of Convenience, that has roots within the community while adding a fresh modernized look and feel.

On completion, the redevelopment total GLA will stand at an estimated 22 000m2, with the addition of a new rntrance off 18th Avenue, a new gym and a new food court. These elements are just some of the additions planned, all with a key objective of making the Centre more accessible in terms of pedestrian and traffic flow.

IES is responsible for the HVAC works of the project.
